Programme description

The world of Higher education is experiencing rapid change and as a result university senior executives are striving to respond to fresh challenges and opportunities whilst retaining the best of their legacy values. This programme will offer university and college leaders and managers key insights, practical tips, best practice case studies and an overview of current trends. It will better equip them to plan ahead and to competently lead their institutions into a new era of higher education. Programme objective
This four day programme enables you to discuss and critically analyze the challenges your university faces through intensive workshop sessions. It will give you an opportunity to network with higher education leaders from around the world, develop a successful strategy for your university with leading higher education specialists, hear from experts on how to anticipate and creatively respond to new challenges within the HE environment and adopt practical tips that will help you to successfully respond to global influences affecting your university.
Programme structure

This is a unique programme that enables you to fully participate through a combination of presentations, workshops andpanel discussions together with experts from the field of higher education. The programme topics include but not limited to:

• Developing executive leadership skills
• New trends in university internationalisation
• Entrepreneurial university leadership

Who should attend?

Leadership in Higher Education programme is highly recommended for senior executives of universities and colleges including Presidents and Vice-presidents, Rectors and Vice-Rectors, Vice-Chancellors and Pro-Vice Chancellors as well as Heads of Colleges.

Certification

Upon completion of the programme, you will attend the award ceremony and receive a Certificate of Attendance from Oxford International Collaboration Centre (OICC).
Accommodation
You may choose your accommodation from local hotels in Oxford. However, we have a limited number of accommodations onsite which you can book in advance. Some bedrooms are en-suite and some with shared bathrooms. They are all decorated to a high standard, and come with tea/coffee-making facilities plus free Wi-Fi access. Fees

The registration fee for a 4-day programme is £950. Fees include course materials, tuition, refreshments, lunches, certification and tour of Oxford. The price does not include accommodation.
